1. About these terms
This website, www.cyberwavegrc.com (the "Site"), is operated by ICyberWave Consulting Services (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India, which provides services under the brand CyberWave GRC ("CyberWave GRC", "we", "us"). Services in the United States may be provided by ICyberWave Consulting Services LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Content on the Site, including articles, checklists, comparisons, videos and tools, is general information. It is not legal, audit, financial or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Compliance requirements depend on your circumstances, so please consult a qualified professional before acting. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Independent roles
CyberWave GRC provides consulting, readiness and implementation support. We do not issue certifications or attestation reports. ISO certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies, SOC reports by licensed CPA firms, and HITRUST certifications by HITRUST following assessment by an authorised external assessor.
4. Accuracy of content
We work to keep content accurate and up to date (see our Editorial Policy), but standards, laws and prices change. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free. Information about other companies is taken from their public materials and may change.
5. AI-generated media
Some videos and images on the Site and our social channels are created or edited with AI tools and are labelled as such. People shown in AI-generated media may not be real, and scenarios are illustrative.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, logos and the CyberWave GRC name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to our content and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting false or harmful information through our forms, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
